RETURNS

We will gladly receive your return items Free of Charge for a refund or exchange provided:

• You call and request a return authorization number
• You return the item within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to you
• You prepay your return Shipping

EXCHANGES

If you are exchanging an item due to an error you made in ordering, you will be responsible for the return ship cost and the cost to re-ship the correct item.

In the event that the product is defective or Team Spanky’s made an error, we will cover the return shipping cost and the cost of reshipping the item.
